As the sole senior UX/UI designer, my work covered two products: a consumer-facing iGaming platform owned by a third-party provider, and an internal backoffice used by VIP account managers and data analysts. On the platform side I had no direct code access — improvements had to be identified, documented, and pushed through the provider. On the backoffice side I had full design ownership over a legacy system originally built by a developer with no design background.

Key decisions
Reporting system redesign
Analysts had no dedicated interface — every data request required writing raw SQL. I designed a reporting system with filtering, search, and export functionality, making data accessible to non-technical team members for the first time.
VIP client portal
VIPs were communicating with account managers via WhatsApp and direct calls. I designed a dedicated portal giving clients access to their data, promotions, and a foundation for future gamification.
Platform-level UX advocacy
I established a structured audit process for the consumer platform — identifying issues and communicating improvements to the provider through documented, decision-backed proposals.

Outcome
The reporting system gave the analytics team direct, independent access to data for the first time. The VIP portal proved a scalable alternative to informal communication was both viable and wanted — validated at executive level.
This project is the clearest example of how I work: influencing outcomes without direct authority, in constrained environments, with real business stakes.
